Located in the charming village of Autoire in the Lot region, this independent wing of a stunning 17th-18th century manor is a true gem. With its designation as one of the most beautiful villages in France, this accommodation is perfect for up to 8 people. Spanning over 130 square meters, this space has been completely restored with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.The property boasts two fully equipped kitchens and two full bathrooms with both shower and bathtub facilities. The charm of the past is preserved through an old fireplace and ceiling adorned with decorative beams. With three levels, this accommodation offers 3-4 sleeping areas, making it suitable for 4-5 adults and 2-4 children. Additionally, there are two convertible couches (1.40 meters wide), two beds (0.80 meters wide), and two beds (0.90 meters wide) for added convenience.
The garden level features a sleeping area, an old fireplace, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a separate toilet. Ascending one flight of stairs, guests will find a spacious lounge with a sleeping area, a painted beam ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate sink and toilet area. The top level offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet.
For couples or couples with a child, there is a one-room studio available. This 17th-century room features a beautiful kitchenette, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a dryer. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace.
Rates for this delightful accommodation are 350 euros per week from July 15th to August 15th, and 300 euros for other dates.
