Located near Rocamadour and various other famous sites, this bed and breakfast suite is situated within a complex called "la Causserie." Surrounded by a beautiful wooded park and a charming mansion, this suite is perfect for couples, families, or friends, accommodating 1 to 4 people. The suite, which spans 66m², is housed in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse made of Lot stone.Upstairs, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms (28m² + 12m²), a small living room (11m²), and a shower room with a toilet (6m²). Additionally, there is a second shower room on the ground floor (9m²). To enhance your stay, a dedicated "swimming pool-fitness" area is available for your use. Open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., this area includes a spacious flat-bottomed pool measuring 15x5m and a fitness platform equipped with an elliptical trainer and an exercise bike.
Outside, a terrace with comfortable deckchairs allows you to bask in the sunshine, while a park filled with chestnut trees and century-old boxwood offers picnic areas for your enjoyment. Breakfast is served in the farmhouse's dining room on the ground floor, which also features a fully-equipped kitchen that you are welcome to use, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. Alternatively, you can choose to have breakfast outside.
The air-conditioned rooms provide a comfortable environment, and free WiFi is available throughout the suite. For your security, a safe is provided, and there is a television with a Molotov subscription at no extra charge, allowing you to access a variety of films, series, and replays. If needed, a cot can be provided upon request.
At "la Causserie," your comfort and privacy are paramount. Therefore, no other guests will be accommodated during your stay. The hosts kindly request that no additional animals be brought, as they wish to maintain a peaceful environment for their three resident cats. The suite is cleaned daily and at no additional cost.
As an optional extra, you can indulge in a Shiatsu energy massage. This acupressure technique is performed by a masseur who is a graduate of the Academy of Natural Therapy in London, as well as the school of medicine and traditional massages Wat Phö in Bangkok. The masseur is a former student of the Lü Men school in Aix en Provence and the Institute of Traditional Chinese Energetics and Acupuncture in Nice. Each massage session lasts one hour and is priced at 25 euros.
