Exclusive contact: 05 53 09 06 31Located in the Pyrenees, this ski resort in Mourtis, Boutx (High Garonne-31), offers a cozy country cottage at the base of the slopes. With a capacity of 12 to 14 people, it provides all the comforts needed for both summer and winter stays. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, six rooms, two toilets, a shower, and a television. Situated at an altitude of 1,500 meters, it is only 8 kilometers away from Happy St and 13 kilometers from the border. Guests can enjoy skiing on the slopes or go on ski tours. Other activities available in the area include mountain biking, tennis, excursions, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and hydrotherapy. The cottage is available throughout the year and is free for guests to use. During the winter season, the rental price is 800 euros per week (1600 euros during school holidays), while in the summer it is 650 euros per week. For other periods, the price is set at 500 euros per week. All utility bills are included in the rental price.
