Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage offers a generous 80m² of living space. The interior features a well-equipped open plan kitchen and lounge area with a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating. Amenities include a refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, color TV with DVD player, electric heating, and a telephone with card access to France Telecom. The ground floor also includes a dining room and a cellar with a private washing machine, dryer, and freezer storage.On the first floor, there is a charming bedroom with a small balcony and a south facing terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers ample storage space. Additionally, there is a private bathroom with a sink, bidet, bathtub, separate shower, and toilet. A telephone is also available on site.
The cottage boasts a large covered terrace of 30 sqm, perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. Guests can make use of the provided barbecue, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture, and baby equipment including a bed cane and booster chair. Other amenities such as a microwave are also available.
Optional services include linen rental at 10 per pair, towels at 5 per person, and final cleaning for 65. Pets are not allowed in the cottage. Tourist information is available for guests and firewood can be purchased on site for 20.

To access the destination, take the A64 exit toll at Lannemezan. From there, follow the signs towards Arreau on the D929 for approximately 24 kilometers. In Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie and cross the bridge. Take the first road on the right, which will lead you to Bareilles. At the intersection called Jézeaux, keep right and continue towards Bareilles. Pass the town of Is and after 3 kilometers, you will reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, find parking, and then take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right. To find it on a map, refer to Michelin Map No. 342, fold O5. If using GPS, the coordinates are latitude 42.896728515625 and longitude 0.424789994955063. The nearest airport is Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées (Ossun), approximately 70 kilometers away.
