Located in the peaceful countryside, this charming gîte is situated on a vast, enclosed property adorned with lush trees and vibrant flowers. Occupying the first floor of the owner's house, the gîte offers independent access via an external staircase and is in close proximity to two other gîtes.

Inside, guests will find a spacious lounge and a generously-sized kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The accommodation features two bedrooms - one with a comfortable 160cm bed and another with three beds measuring 90cm each. The bathroom is compact, equipped with a shower and toilet. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with a deep freezer, color TV, DVD player, telephone, and WiFi. For added coziness, there is a fireplace available.

Guests have the option to hire bed sheets (€10 per set) and towels (€5 per person) or request a cleaning service upon departure (€60). A delightful terrace measuring 13sqm², complete with teak furniture, provides a charming outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, guests have access to a shared pool measuring 13*6, garden furniture, a BBQ area, an arbour, and an outdoor shower. Please note that heating is available at an extra charge.

Directions

To access the destination, follow the directions for Porto Vecchio until you reach QUERCIOLO. Upon reaching the end of the village, take a left turn just in front of Garage RENAULT. Continue driving for approximately 2.700KMS towards the sea until you reach the signpost for Gite Rural. Then, make a right turn and you will find the house located 200 meters away on your right.
