Description for B&B:

Discover the ideal sanctuary to rejuvenate your spirit. Our aim was to craft five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in a "country chic" and serene style, utilizing as much of the original 18th-century materials as possible. To preserve the authentic character of this tower house, we transformed the ground floor into a cozy living area. The chestnut beams are prominently showcased with open spaces and thoughtful lighting.

Each room offers its own unique charm and provides stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty, inviting you to pause and reflect. The spacious and inviting communal areas are designed to foster a sense of community. Whether you’re cooking, enjoying a meal, or unwinding by the wood stove, the two living spaces are perfect for both social gatherings and quiet moments. Relax on the sofa, sit by the fire, gaze out at the sea, mountains, and nature, or gather around the communal table for games. The Scontra truly invites you to experience moments of joy.

OUR INSPIRATION
With 24 years of experience organizing the Moita Cello Meetings, as residents of the charming village of Moita, we have established an eco-accommodation following the "Albergo Diffuso" model. Our intention is to provide a lodging experience that connects guests with the locals and celebrates Corsican culture in all its diversity.

This commitment to quality and tourism development addresses two key challenges: it strengthens a collective network of service providers who embrace shared values—such as pork butchers, beekeepers, a goat farmer, market gardeners, a mountain guide, and a sculptor—and enhances the ecotourism marketing strategy. It also supports a sustainable development initiative where tourism is central and can generate new resources.

OFFERING AND MARKETING STRATEGY
Our goal is to provide an original, appealing, and comfortable stay while respecting and preserving the cultural, rural, and historical heritage. This is achieved by emphasizing the unique features of the "Pieve di a Serra" in line with the principles of responsible and sustainable tourism.

The accommodation options include:
- The main house, A SCONTRA: Featuring a master suite of 45 m², two bedrooms with a fireplace, toilet, and bathroom.
- Four independent bedrooms with private facilities.
- A 50 m² meeting space within the main house for breakfasts, hosting two meals per week and facilitating interactions.
- Five rooms in local homes (as cataloged).

During the high season, rentals are available weekly, while in the low season, a minimum stay of three days is required.

For rental inquiries, please contact us.

We offer a "Discovery of Corsican Gastronomy" meal package, featuring two meals per week that showcase local producers and craftsmanship for 50 euros (all-inclusive) per meal per person.

A DIVERSE ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE FOR:
- Hiking enthusiasts interested in agritourism (focused on regional products).
- Thematic workshops on market gardening, local cuisine, or pottery.
- Artists seeking residencies.
- Families desiring tranquility.
- Groups engaging in nature activities such as fishing and hunting.

Our accommodations and reception areas highlight the authenticity and charm of the locale while providing a high level of comfort.
