Welcome to our 3-star gite located in the beautiful Ardèche region. Situated in the charming hamlet of Le Monteil, overlooking the Beaume valley and the Tanargue massif, our gite offers a tranquil and picturesque setting for your vacation.Our historic house, dating back to 1490, has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable and inviting home away from home. The main part of the house serves as our family holiday home, while the rest has been transformed into a separate holiday rental accommodation, our delightful gite.
With accommodations for up to 4 guests (plus a baby or toddler), our gite combines modern comfort with the charm of original stone walls. Spread over 85 m² and spanning two levels, the gite offers a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, and two double bedrooms with washbasins. French doors provide independent access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying the surrounding beauty.
During your stay, you'll benefit from practical amenities such as pink sandstone tiles, electric heating, double glazed windows, and a ventilation system. We also provide all necessary bed linen, towels, and kitchen essentials. For families with babies or toddlers, we offer complimentary equipment such as a cot, high chair, pram, and bath.
On our website, you'll find a detailed description of the gite, along with useful information in both French and English. This includes our terms and conditions, booking availability, and pricing. You can also take a virtual tour of the gite and the surrounding hamlet.
In terms of pricing, our rates are as follows: 700 EUR per week during high season (July and August), 470 EUR per week during mid-season (June and September), and 350 EUR per week during low season (October to May). We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, and a 300 EUR deposit upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
Our gite also offers additional services for an extra charge. For 50 EUR, we can handle the cleaning at the end of your stay. During winter months, there is an additional charge of 25 EUR per week for electric heating.
Parking is available approximately 150 meters from the gite, although temporary parking is permitted closer for unloading purposes.
