Welcome to the Carpediem3 # -en-Champagne villa, hosted by Jade and John. We offer the option to rent either the entire floor or the entire villa.Situated in the urban area of TROYES, this Champagne villa with a wooden frame can accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. It is conveniently located near all the amenities of Saint Parres-aux-Tertres, including shops, restaurants, and bus stops.
On the first floor, you will find 1 bathroom, 1 WC, and 3 bedrooms. The Chantal Thomass room features a Simmons bed measuring 160 × 200. The Cabin room includes a Pirelli bed measuring 140 × 190, as well as a Dunlopilo bed measuring 90 × 190. The Duo room offers Dunlopilo beds measuring 2x90x190, which can be joined together. This room also has a private bathroom and toilet. All the rooms are equipped with ample storage space. Additionally, we can provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
The ground floor features a cathedral entrance, 1 WC, and 1 walk-in shower. There is also a small room on the ground floor, available for the 8th traveler, with a Simmons kine bed measuring 160 × 200.
The kitchen is equipped with high-tech appliances, including a NOVY hob and hob, central island, and granite worktop. We provide various appliances such as a NESPRESSO coffee maker, DOLCE gusto, crepe maker, waffle maker, blender, raclette machine, panini press, induction hob, 2 kg fryer (available upon request), kettle, teapot, and toaster. The kitchen opens up to a living room with a fireplace and a panoramic veranda.
Outside, the villa offers 2 garden tables, 15 chairs, and a WEBER professional barbecue. The enclosed plot of 1349 m2 provides ample space to relax and enjoy.
The villa also features a covered pool, measuring 9 meters x 4 meters, with a safety step. The pool is surrounded by a 100 m2 inflated pool enclosure, called SKYDOME JESSICA, which offers a unique place to rest, even overnight on the water. You will have private access to the swimming pool, which will be exclusively for your use. We will provide instructions on how to operate and ensure the safety of the pool.
For an additional fee, you can opt for air conditioning, a massage mattress, and a JACUZZI (available from 05 September).

One unique feature of our villa is the SKYDOME swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the starry sky.
