The accommodation is 30 m² in size and consists of a living room with a fitted kitchen and a 140 cm sofa bed on the ground floor. At the rear, there is a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. An additional folding bed of 90 cm is also available if needed.

This detached house, known as "LA BOUTIQUE," has been restored to provide comfortable accommodation. It is located in the heart of a quiet hamlet in the countryside, in the small village of Meyraguet. It is only 5 minutes from Lacave and 15 minutes from Rocamadour, within the Causse du Parc Regional du Quercy and the famous tourist site of the Dordogne Valley. The panoramic view overlooks the cliffs that border the Dordogne River, which is only 400m away, making it ideal for fishermen and swimming enthusiasts.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking trails, the GR6, fortified mills, chasms, canoeing, tree climbing, and farmers markets. Everything is available for an unforgettable vacation. The house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Souillac highway exit.

The house features a ground floor and an upper floor, as well as an interior courtyard with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and heating for your comfort.

The price per person supplement for more than 2 guests is 10. There is a tourist tax of 0.77 per night per person, with a 1-star classification. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is due upon arrival. A security deposit of 400 is also required when taking possession of the premises.

Check-in is on Saturdays from 3 p.m., and check-out is before 11 a.m. Additional cleaning services are available for 40, and winter heating costs 25 per week. Linen is not provided, but there is an optional linen supplement of 10.
