This small house on the banks of the Dordogne River is available for rent. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people looking to spend a vacation in the LOT region. The accommodation is 30 m² in size and consists of a living room with a fitted kitchen and a 140 cm sofa bed on the ground floor. At the rear, there is a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture for relaxation. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. An additional folding bed of 90 cm is also available if needed.This detached house, known as "LA BOUTIQUE," has been restored to provide comfortable accommodation. It is located in the heart of a quiet hamlet in the countryside, in the small village of Meyraguet. It is only 5 minutes from Lacave and 15 minutes from Rocamadour, within the Causse du Parc Regional du Quercy and the famous tourist site of the Dordogne Valley. The panoramic view overlooks the cliffs that border the Dordogne River, which is only 400m away, making it ideal for fishermen and swimming enthusiasts.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including hiking trails, the GR6, fortified mills, chasms, canoeing, tree climbing, and farmers markets. Everything is available for an unforgettable vacation. The house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Souillac highway exit.

Upon reaching Souillac, Sarlat, or Brive, proceed in the direction of Cahors, Lacave, and Rocamadour. Follow the route and cross PINSAC, ensuring you pass by the chateau de TREYNE. After approximately 800 m, take the right turn onto the road indicated by a sign saying "classified church - Meyraguet." Continue straight ahead until you reach the piloris on the right, just before the facade of the wrought iron gite named "LA BOUTIQUE."
