Located at the foot of Montségur and the Pyrenees, this garden level apartment is perfect for 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (with a ceiling height of 1.95m). Parking is available in front of the house and the property is suitable for people with reduced mobility.Prices range from 250 to 300 per week, with rates decreasing based on the duration of stay. The apartment features a living room with a convertible bed (BZ) and a fully equipped kitchen area. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a 160-sized bed. Sheets are provided for the bed.
Outside, there is a covered terrace that opens up to a 900 m2 enclosed garden, complete with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and two chairs. Pets are allowed upon request. Additionally, there is a storage room available for guests.
Le Rabautois is located in the hamlet of Rabaute in the commune of Péreille, at the entrance of Lavelanet. It is conveniently situated just 50 meters from the communal playground and 900 meters from Lavelanet and the supermarket.
The famous Cathar castle of Montségur is only 10 km away, while the Monts d'Olmes ski resort is 20 km away.
Le Rabautois is a great central point for exploring the Ariègeois territory, which offers a wide range of discovery and activities for all ages.
The apartment is equipped with central heating, electric heating, and a parking space. The garden is shared and includes sunbeds, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
