Welcome to Simply Canvas, where you can experience the perfect combination of glamping and cottages/gites in the stunning countryside near Bergerac, in southwest France. Our booking season for 2017 is now open.Indulge in a luxurious camping experience in one of our six safari tents, each equipped with its own bathroom and comfortable boxspring beds, making camping truly enjoyable. Alternatively, choose one of our three self-catering cottages or gites, including a spacious option that will make you never want to leave. All of our accommodations are set on our 12.5-acre property, offering breathtaking views of the countryside and a large enclosed swimming pool for all guests to enjoy. We are conveniently located on the border of the Lot et Garonne and Dordogne departments in the Aquitaine region of Southwest France, just a short distance from Bergerac. Our region is often compared to Tuscany due to its picturesque rolling hills, sunflower fields, wine chateaus, flowing rivers, charming villages, scenic walks, and majestic castles.
Amidst this picturesque beauty, we warmly invite you to have a wonderful holiday with us. Spend quality time with your family, make new friends for your children, explore the lovely surroundings, and join us for our famous delicious dinners, made with local produce and vegetables from our own garden, all while engaging in delightful conversations around the dining table.

Welcome to the Stone B&B Cottage in Simply Canvas, where your idyllic countryside getaway awaits. This charming cottage is constructed with beautiful stones sourced from our region, adorned with natural details that create a truly picturesque setting. Inside, you'll find a delightful living room and a small kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover a cozy double bedroom on the mezzanine level, complete with a second sitting area for relaxation. Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom for two children, along with a spacious shower room and toilet.At Simply Canvas, we offer an array of amenities to enhance your stay. Our enclosed swimming pool and permaculture garden provide a serene environment, surrounded by captivating countryside views. Whether you're seeking a glamping experience, a cozy B&B stay, or the comfort of our cottages/gites, we have the perfect accommodation for you.
Outside of July and August, our prices are as follows: For two persons, the rate is €90 per night or €550 for a week, which includes a delicious breakfast. If there are two to four guests, the rate is €110 per night for three people or €130 per night for four people. A week-long stay for two to four guests is priced at €650, also inclusive of breakfast. An additional fifth person can join for an extra €50 per week.
During July and August, the rate for two to four guests is €925 for a week, including breakfast. Please note that during this period, arrivals are only available on Saturdays, and the minimum stay requirement is one week. As with the other rates, an extra fifth person can be accommodated for €50 per week. A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged at the end of your stay.

Take the ring road towards Périgueux/Libourne and enter the highway (toll) just before Libourne. Take exit 12 for Ste Foy la Grande and once in Ste Foy, take the main road towards Duras (D708). In the village of Margueron, turn left towards Miramont. After about 5km, turn left at the sign for Briquet/Bonac. Continue for about 220m until you see a white gate on your right, and you have arrived.
From Brive la Gaillarde:
Take the highway towards Bordeaux/Bergerac. Take exit 12 for Ste Foy la Grande and once in Ste Foy, take the main road towards Duras (D708). In the village of Margueron, turn left towards Miramont. After about 5km, turn left at the sign for Briquet/Bonac. Continue for about 200m until you see a white gate on your right, and you have arrived.
