Since 2016, Aurélie has been welcoming guests all year round in a charming, traditional Perigourdine mansion. This historic house, dating back to the late 18th century, is centrally located between Terrasson (35 km), Périgueux (25 km), Montignac (20 km), and Sarlat (45 km), making it the perfect base for exploring the main tourist attractions of the Dordogne region.Conveniently situated just a few kilometers from the A89 highway, this location is also ideal for a stopover on your way to your holiday destination. The property offers three remarkable and romantic guestrooms, each one incredibly spacious and comfortable. These rooms are officially recognized and labeled by Gîtes de France (3 épis) and Clévacances (3 clés), guaranteeing their high quality.
Each room can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people and features its own private bathroom or shower room with a sink and toilet. The bedding, measuring 160x200, ensures a comfortable night's sleep, and the extra beds are equally cozy. Additionally, each room is equipped with a table, chair, armchairs, wardrobe, and shelves.
Two of the rooms are located on the first floor and share a common lounge area with a TV, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The ground floor room has its own independent entrance and is also equipped with a TV, coffee machine, and kettle. This particular room is specially designed to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility, featuring grab bars in the walk-in shower and toilet, as well as ample space for wheelchair circulation.
For families with young children, a cot, high chair, bath, and bottle warmer are available upon request, free of charge. The swimming pool, open from mid-June to September, is securely protected by an alarm and fence for your peace of mind. The on-site parking area can accommodate up to three cars and is well-lit for added safety.
A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate and offers a variety of options, both sweet and savory. This includes pastries, bread, cereals, cheese, charcuterie, homemade jam, yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, ricoré, and chocolate. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 in the dining room on the ground floor, or outside on the terrace when the weather permits.
In the evenings, upon reservation, Aurélie also offers the opportunity to enjoy authentic Perigourdine cuisine with her table d'hôtes. Alternatively, guests are welcome to prepare their own meals and picnics using the provided toaster, microwave, fridge, and dishes available in the dining room.

une belle adresse où l'accueil est chaleureux. Très bien située, nous avons aimé le lieu (la bâtisse, la chambre d'hôte spacieuse et bien agencée, une belle lumière traversante dans le coin salon où nous avons pris plaisir à lire) et nous avons apprécier l'accueil, le sourire, les conseils de visite...et la bonne table. Surtout ne changez rien

3. When you reach the toll Vierzon, merge onto the A20 highway towards Toulouse-Limoges.

5. Take the exit 17 at Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche to leave the A89.
6. At the roundabout, follow the D6089 road towards Périgueux for approximately 16 km.
7. After passing the village of Thenon, continue for 7 km until you see the 70 km/h speed limit sign. Then, make a left turn towards Bonneval.
8. Take the first right path.
9. Finally, when you see the second house on the left, you have arrived at your destination.
