Description for B&B:

Welcome to the Priory of Saint Michel of the Clock. Situated on top of Mount Saint Michel, 292 meters above sea level, this historic site dates back to the year 1023. The priory offers comfortable rooms and lounges, providing a panoramic 360° view of the horizon, including the Massif Central. You can catch a glimpse of this breathtaking scenery in our video tour (link provided).

Curiosity surrounds the cellars of the priory, as some speculate they might contain remnants of the treasure of the Templars. The monks who built this priory had an impeccable sense of location, reserving the most beautiful spots for their homes. Little did they know that their choices would bring joy to people like us even a thousand years later!

Nestled amidst enchanting woods and meadows, this agro-tourism site is gradually embracing its agricultural roots, with sheep, farmyard animals, gardens, and orchards. The surrounding forests are teeming with wildlife such as deer, deer, and wild boar. You won't find a modern building in sight, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature's beauty.

The priory welcomes visitors all year round and offers five double rooms. These simple yet renovated rooms are located on the upper floor, costing 75 Euros per night for two people. Each room is equipped with a shower and washbasin, while the toilets are located separately (three upstairs). The spacious layout of the priory allows for two lounges, serving as spaces for play and relaxation. Families can also group together in these areas. Additionally, a ground-floor room with a bathroom can be made available for individuals with reduced mobility upon request.

Meals are available at an additional cost of 19.5 Euros per person, excluding drinks. The priory has a capacity of 10 people (see link for more details) and can accommodate catering requests. We strive to make the priory accessible to a wide range of people by offering moderate rates and embracing an eclectic atmosphere.

We cater to visitors speaking various languages, including French, German, English, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, and Bulgarian.
