If you are coming from Marseille or Aix-en-Provence, take the A8/E80 highway and follow the signs towards Nice.

For those arriving at Nice airport, take the A8/E80 highway.

If you are traveling from Toulon, first take the A57 highway. Then, continue on the A57 and follow the signs for Le Luc/Toulon/Hyères/La Garde-Freinet. After approximately 1 kilometer, take exit 13. Join the DN7 road, then proceed onto the D558 road. Follow the signs for Cogolin/Saint-Tropez/La Garde Freinet.
