Welcome to our cozy vacation home, the perfect place to relax during your holiday. Located in the charming village of Duilhac, in the heart of the scenic high Corbières Aude region, our home offers stunning views of the medieval castle of Peyrepertuse and the surrounding nature.Our holiday home provides a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The spacious and bright living areas are ideal for gathering with family or friends. You can enjoy appetizers, meals, and games on the terrace and private garden, and even play a game of petanque. Parking space is available for your vehicles.
On the ground floor, you will find the Cathar step, which includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area with a TV, and a cozy seating area with a sofa, two chairs, and a bench. The large bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (160) and can also accommodate a child's bed or an additional adult bed. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and toilet.
Adjacent to the main house, there is an annex that communicates with it. This annex includes a bedroom with a double bed (140), a sleeping area with two bunk beds (90), and another sleeping area with a convertible bench. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Our pricing is as follows:
- Nightly rate: €65 to €125 (depending on the number of guests)
- Weekly rental (low season): starting from €350
- Weekly rental (July-August): €500 for 1-3 people, €700 for 1-9 people
Please note that if needed, we can provide sheets for the king-size bed (160cm).

Our lodging in Duilhac sous Peyrepertuse can be reached in 2 hours from Montpellier, 45 minutes from Perpignan, 1 hour from Narbonne, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Carcassonne.
To get there, you can take either the A9 towards Montpellier or Perpignan (exit Rivesaltes) and then follow the D117 towards Foix until Maury, where you can switch to the D19.
If you're coming from Carcassonne, you can take the D118 and D117 towards Quillan until Maury, and then continue on the D19.
From Narbonne, follow the N9 until Portel des Corbières, then take the D611 to Durban and continue on to Cucugnan Tuchan and the D14.
There are two airports nearby, one in Carcassonne (2 hours away from the cottage) and another in Rivesaltes (45 minutes away).
For GPS users, the coordinates are E42 52 14N - February 33 26 E.
