This charming farmhouse embodies the traditional style of old Lotoise farms, nestled in the tranquil and verdant countryside of the northwest Lot region. Situated just 4 km away, Lacapelle-Marival offers convenient access to a range of shops and the impressive 13th-century castle. The farmhouse serves as an ideal base to explore the nearby attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the picturesque valleys of Lot and Dordogne, as well as the local lake and zoo. Renovated in 2005, the house has maintained its authentic charm with its courtyard surrounded by various buildings, a stone trough where cattle used to drink, a restored barn, and a bread oven. The ground floor of the barn opens onto a courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, while the pool is situated on the upper level.
