Description for Gite
Ginouillac, located on the border of two picturesque regions - the Périgord and the Quercy, offers the perfect starting point for exploring these enchanting areas. Situated in the serene regional natural park of Causses de Quercy, Ginouillac is a tranquil village that invites you to unwind and reconnect with nature. Nestled at the edge of the village, a cluster of charming former agricultural buildings has been lovingly restored, with the first barn now ready to welcome its guests.Dating back to the 19th century, this traditional square building from the Quercy region once served as a corn barn. Today, it has been transformed into a spacious loft holiday accommodation, ideal for up to 10 people. Adjacent to the barn, a delightful natural swimming pond measuring 6x12m seamlessly blends with the surrounding landscape. For the safety and enjoyment of children, a shallow area is also provided, allowing them to splash and play in the water.
In addition to the idyllic pond, a nearby playground beckons kids with its swing, slide, and sandpit, ensuring endless entertainment for the little ones. To enhance your outdoor experience, a barbecue and a set of comfortable garden furniture are at your disposal, inviting you to savor delicious meals al fresco.
