RATES (INCLUDING EXPENSES)The prices for this accommodation vary depending on the number of people and the duration of stay.
For 4 people, the rate is 100 euros per night or 650 euros per week.
For 6 people, the rate is 110 euros per night or 700 euros per week.
For 8 people, the rate is 120 euros per night or 750 euros per week. (Please note that the house can accommodate up to 8 people, with the additional 2 guests sleeping on a sofa bed in the office or living room).
All prices include all charges such as electricity, wood heating, gas, water, and the supply of sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, and tablecloths. The house will be heated on the day of arrival, and complimentary welcome drinks will be provided.
MOUNTAIN HOUSE CLOSE TO BAGNERES DE BIGORRE THERMAL SPA
Located in the Baronnies, in the authentic Pyrenees region, this mountain house sits at an elevation of 620 meters and offers a stunning view of the mountains. With no direct neighbors, this former farm from 1839 has been renovated with respect to local architecture and natural materials, including wood beams, lime-hemp, and a wood stove and open fireplace for heating. The house provides a cozy and personalized atmosphere, perfect for peace and quiet, as well as a love for reading. It also offers modern amenities such as a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The house is heated using wood (stove and open fire) with the exception of the bathroom, which uses electricity. It is spread across two floors, with two bedrooms, an office-bearing room, and a toilet on the first floor, and a fully equipped kitchen, living room with open fireplace and wood stove, veranda, bathroom, laundry room, dressing room, and toilet on the ground floor.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE
The house can accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms featuring double beds (160cm and 140cm), a veranda room with a sofa bed (140cm), and an additional sofa bed for 2 people in the office-bearing room or living room for 2 extra guests.
The south-facing orientation of the house provides ample sunlight and a lovely terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch while taking in the mountain views, even in the winter. The spacious courtyard and sports area (1000m²) offer opportunities for relaxation and various outdoor games.
ENVIRONMENT AND ACTIVITIES
This region is perfect for nature and mountain enthusiasts, with a wide range of hiking trails, walks, and snowshoeing in the winter. The area is also great for cycling, with road bikes and mountain bikes available for exploring the picturesque small roads and mountain bike trails. Skiing enthusiasts will find cross-country skiing and downhill skiing options within a short distance, including the famous Col du Tourmalet and Aspin pass. Golf, horse riding, paragliding, fishing, and caving are also popular activities in the area, with plenty of resources and information available at the house.

Bagneres-de-Bigorre, a typical spa town, is just 25 minutes away and offers art cinemas, a media library, concerts, a casino, a beautiful spa with animated pools and outdoor terraces, a lively local market, wine bars, and quality restaurants.
