Upstairs, you will find a cozy bedroom with a 140 bed and a television, as well as another room with a comfortable sofa bed and a single bed. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a WC. Outside, a south-facing terrace with a garden awaits you, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Additionally, there is a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
