Located just 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, our Furnished 3-star tourism accommodation offers complete independence from the owners. Experience tranquility and freedom here, thanks to our spacious garden (1000m²) and the large, heated swimming pool (10X4) equipped with comfortable deck chairs for your relaxation. Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, subject to favorable weather conditions during May and October.Your suite is situated in the mezzanine of the house, providing you with a private space. The lower part of the house, covering approximately 80m², is exclusively reserved for your use, ensuring total independence. The suite features a room with a comfortable 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, a large dining area is at your disposal, serving as a common space on rainy days. You will also have access to a private bathroom with a shower, a separate private toilet, and a TV room furnished with a cozy leather sofa.
During good weather, we serve breakfast and meals by the poolside, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our table d'hote service is available upon request at an additional cost, offering delicious seafood platters, oysters, and other regional specialties.
A designated parking space is reserved for you within our enclosed property. The room price varies depending on the season, ranging from 75 to 95, and includes breakfast as well as unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.
We prioritize the discretion and independence of our guests, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. To make a reservation, please contact us via email or telephone after receiving the rental contract and submitting a 25% deposit of the total stay price.
