Located in the charming hamlet of Semoussac in the Charente Maritime region of France, "Les Petits Coins" is a delightful holiday destination. Originally a traditional Charentaise village farm, it has been carefully restored and now consists of three charming stone cottages and a converted barn apartment. These accommodations are available for rent as a gite or on a bed and breakfast basis. Despite being surrounded by tranquil countryside, the market town of Mirambeau is just a short 5-minute drive away, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. In addition to our accommodation options, we also offer a personalized Cookery School experience throughout the year. Limited to a maximum of four participants at a time, these classes are tailored to meet your individual needs. Both Michael and Mary have extensive experience in the catering industry and are more than happy to discuss your specific requirements. We are also delighted to offer meals upon your arrival or at any time during your stay.
The region is primarily known for its wine production and offers breathtaking rolling landscapes, clean and fresh air, a favorable micro-climate boasting approximately 2700 hours of sunshine annually, and a plethora of picturesque lanes and unspoiled villages.
