Our gîte is available for rental for a minimum of 3 nights. To secure your booking, we require a rental contract and a 30% deposit. Additionally, a mandatory deposit of €300 is also required.Upon arrival, you will find the beds already made (8 beds in total). At the end of your stay, a cleaning fee of €80 is applicable.
Please note that a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night is also applicable.

Welcome to our charming gîte Les Palmiers, a comfortable and newly renovated accommodation located in Gémozac. With a 3-star rating and classified with 3 Clévacances keys, our gîte offers a wonderful stay for up to 8 people.Spanning across two levels, the gîte boasts a spacious area of 110 m2. It is available to guests all year round, making it perfect for holidays, events, or to be in close proximity to friends and family. The gîte is situated in the heart of Gémozac, allowing easy access to all shops and medical services within walking distance. As part of our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, we offer excellent local services for your convenience.
The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. Basic necessities and household products are also provided for your comfort. The living room is equipped with an 80cm LED Smart TV screen, perfect for relaxing and entertainment.
The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a 90cm vanity unit, a walk-in shower measuring 90x160 cm, a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. Separate toilets with a washbasin are also available.
Moving upstairs, you will find the sleeping area. Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable 2-person bed measuring 140x200, while Bedroom 2 provides two single beds measuring 90x200. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a spacious 2-person bed measuring 160x200 and two additional single beds measuring 90x190.
Additionally, the upper level features a bathroom with a 90cm vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.
Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed private garden, complete with a terrace, tables and chairs, a barbecue, and a Tancarville. We also provide a table tennis table and an additional barbecue for your enjoyment.
Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night. To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is prohibited inside the gîte. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets due to the presence of our own dogs and cats.
