Situated facing the majestic Pyrénées mountain range, at an elevation of 420 meters, this charming retreat offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Nestled within a vast 5000m² garden adorned with magnificent towering trees, the property boasts a delightful terrace. Our beloved family cottage can comfortably accommodate a group of 13-16 individuals, offering five spacious bedrooms, a generously sized living room measuring 52m², and three well-appointed bathrooms.Description for Gite
This charming gite offers a range of modern amenities for your convenience, including a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious lounge boasts a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the TV or DVD player. A separate dining room and office-library with a comfortable sofa bed and twin bed complete the ground floor. There is also a convenient toilet on this level.Upstairs, you will find five bedrooms, three of which feature balconies, as well as two bathrooms and a shower room. The gite is equipped with oil central heating for year-round comfort.
The surrounding area has everything you need within easy reach. There is a bakery just a short distance away, and all other shops can be found 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The nearest railway station, offering direct connections to Paris, is just 6 km away. Tennis courts are available 2 km from the gite, and there is a golf course just 6 km away. Additionally, there is a lake located 500 m away, perfect for outdoor activities. For those who enjoy fishing, the Garonne River is nearby.
Outside the gite, you can enjoy quality time on the terrace, complete with a barbecue and garden. Children will love the playground area, which includes a portico and small bikes. There is also a closed-off area that used to be a tennis court, where they can play Basque pelota.
The gite is conveniently located near the road to Spain and a lightly used railway line that only has three trains passing per day.
Rates for this gite range from 550 (low season) to 750 (high season). Weekend stays are also possible.

Directions
Continue on the A64 until you reach exit number 17. Once you have passed through the toll booth at Montréjeau, quickly merge into the outer lane and follow the green sign indicating Lerida Espagne.

Upon reaching Labroquère, proceed straight after the traffic lights and take the first right turn towards Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house will be the first one on the left before the level crossing.
