When you reach the 4-way intersection of Rennes/St Malo, take the exit towards St. Dominick. Look out for the church with a fire outside, then head in the direction of Combourg. Continue straight for approximately 1800m and make a left turn just before the first corner. Proceed along the road until you reach a bridge with a lock, then take the left path immediately after the second house. Congratulations, you have reached your destination!
