The farmhouse, renovated in 2012, is situated in a 5,000 m² park filled with various species of trees, providing numerous seating areas for relaxation. Conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the TGV high-speed train station and the nearest motorway exit, our home offers easy access to Paris, with a train journey of only 55 minutes, or a car journey of 2 and a half hours. Tours centre is a short 15-minute drive away, and Amboise Dierre aerodrome is only 10 minutes away for light aircraft owners. We are more than happy to assist with flight planning.Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a spacious living-room, boasting a grand fireplace and measuring over 60m². On the first floor, our guests can enjoy three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and toilets. Additionally, there is a billiards table and a quiet reading area in the mezzanine. Private parking and a locked storage room are available for bicycles, fishing gear, golf equipment, and more.
When the weather is favorable, guests can have a picnic in our garden, shaded by the trees. The serene and authentic charm of the house, along with the picturesque reflections of the Cher river, creates a truly enjoyable experience.
Please note that from May to September, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
