This charming chalet is located in the beautiful area of Coudrée, in the SCIEZ of LEMAN Domain near Thonon les Bains. Situated on the shores of Lake Leman, this bright detached chalet offers a comfortable and peaceful retreat for up to six people.The chalet features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is surrounded by 800m2 of land. The tranquil forest setting provides a serene atmosphere, with half of the land covered in lush grass. Inside, guests will find all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, DVD player, hi-fi system, cot, and high chair.
For nature lovers, there are berths available just 900m away from the sandy and pebbled beach, as well as private ports in the bird sanctuary of Coudrée. The chalet is conveniently located only 10km from Geneva, and 20km from both Thonon les Bains, known for its spa, and EVIAN, which offers golf and casino options. Additionally, the ski resort of Habère pocket is only 20km away, making this chalet an ideal choice for winter sports enthusiasts.
Transportation and shops are easily accessible, and the chalet is south facing, providing ample sunlight throughout the day. Guests can enjoy a range of outdoor activities, including tennis, water sports, sailing, fishing, hiking, and even pony riding.
Please note that pets are not allowed. Prices range from 450 to 900 per week, depending on the season.
