This 90m² conditioned house offers 3 bedrooms and is brand new. It is located in a very quiet area. The Bédinière, a half-timbered house, has been open since December 2012 and is classified as 3 ears. It is a symbol of the Sologne region and is conveniently located within 5km of Chambord Park and near other castles of the Loire such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard. The region is perfect for biking, with the option of exploring the Castles Cycling Tours and La Loire by bike. It is also close to Center Park and the beautiful natural area of BEAUVAL.Baignade Zoo Mont-près-Chambord.The cottage is situated 700m from a typical Solognot town, on a plot of land. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and possibly up to 8, as it offers 3 spacious independent rooms with large beds. It is available for weekend stays at a rate of 250.
On the ground floor, you will find a dining room with a farmhouse table and a lounge area. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, as well as a flat-screen TV. The characteristic beams and oak staircase of the Sologne region add charm to the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and other small appliances. The bathroom features two natural stone sinks and a large shower. There is also a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has beams, a double bed (160), and a closet.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. The third bedroom has two beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180) and also has a wardrobe. There is another bathroom with a natural stone basin and a toilet on this floor.
The cottage offers free Wi-Fi, and a Welcome Box REGIONAL will be provided to guests. Bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels are available for 5€ per person per stay. Cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of 50€.
Outside, there is a large table with chairs and armchairs under the shade of the trees, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs in a peaceful setting. A barbecue is also available. Guests can discover the wildlife of the Sologne Sauvage, including deer, which can often be seen near the cottage. The area is known for its ponds and their inhabitants, offering a charming countryside experience.
