Welcome to the Mas de Saint Mathieu de Cala Tréviers, located near Montpellier and Sommières in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon. Our bed (suitable for 2-4 people) and guest rooms are available year-round.Situated between the Mediterranean and the Cevennes, just 20 km north of Montpellier, Saint Matthew Tréviers is a charming wine village classified as AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Pic Saint-Loup. Upon request, we can arrange meetings with local winemakers and wine tastings.
Our cottages and guest rooms at the Mas de Cala (with a reservation for our host table) are nestled at the base of the Pic Saint Loup, offering stunning views of the Hortus cliffs and the Monferrand Castle ruins. Each day, the Pic Saint Loup presents a different landscape, making it an ideal location for photography enthusiasts and wine lovers alike.
Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden spanning 4500 m², the Mas de Cala is hidden among oak trees and aromatic Mediterranean scents. Our 12 x 6 m pool with ample sunbathing space awaits you in this little southern paradise.
In the vicinity of our lodges and cottages, numerous activities await, including hiking, biking, horseback riding, canoeing, and day boat excursions.
At the Mas de Cala, we also offer picturesque photography courses suitable for all levels. These courses provide a perfect blend of camaraderie, learning, and the opportunity to discover the breathtaking landscapes of Languedoc, including Lake Cécélès, Pic Saint Loup, Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert, Montpellier, Sommières, Aigues-Mortes, Espiguette, and more.
Additionally, the Mas de Cala organizes guitar courses, allowing you to enjoy a musical week in the sun.

We offer two cottages, each accommodating a maximum of 4 people (one of them can accommodate up to 3 people). Both cottages feature fully equipped kitchens. Additionally, each cottage has its own private terrace with a barbecue. Guests can also enjoy a shared swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters, which offers stunning views of the Pic Saint Loup and Hortus.Reviews
