Experience an extraordinary stay on board a 20m traditional ship, conveniently moored just 30 minutes away from Perpignan Marina in the Golf of Roses, Es. Our guest cabins, located on the quay, offer a one-of-a-kind accommodation option. With two independent cabins available, each capable of accommodating two couples, you can enjoy a comfortable and private stay.

- 1 night in the first double cabin (for 2 people) = $130
- 1 night in the second double cabin (for 4 people) = $250
Additionally, we offer lunch and dinner services on board upon request, at $25 per person. If you're looking for an adventure at sea, we provide sea trips and mini cruises for $1000 per day, with a maximum of 10 people on board. Rest assured, the captain will be present throughout your stay.

If you crave unusual accommodations and enjoy being in direct contact with nature, then this is the perfect choice for you. The boat is moored at La Marina de Roses Es. "Costa Brava," just 30 minutes away from Perpignan and Girona, and only 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Roses.

Step onto the rear deck and be greeted by the comfortable and spacious saloon. The interior decoration of this Italian Ship is truly one-of-a-kind, with unique and unusual guest cabins that immerse you in a Zen spirit. Built in 1977, this authentic Italian ship offers an exceptional and nostalgic experience for those interested in traditional yachting.

During your stay, you will enjoy a relaxed and personalized experience, with our discreet service focused solely on your well-being and satisfaction. Our "Maison d'Hôtes S/leau" can accommodate up to 4 guests in two double and independent cabins, each with their own private bathroom and toilet.

Cooking is not allowed on board, but we will serve you breakfast on the back deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the marina. Additionally, we offer the possibility of guest meals for lunch and dinner, served on the aft deck.

Smokers are welcome, but only in the outdoor areas. If weather permits, we can also arrange walks and excursions at sea towards beautiful destinations like Roses, Cadaques, Port Lligat, Cala Joncols, and Cala Pélosa, where you can enjoy aperitifs, sunsets, and even overnight stays at anchor near Chiringuitos, typical beach restaurants that offer delicious meals.

Please note that shoes and suitcases on wheels are not recommended on board, and the boat is not suitable for children. Discretion is important to us, and we strive to provide a sense of independence and privacy to our guests. The city center of Roses and its Rambla are just a 15-minute walk from the boat.

We also offer the option of a mini cruise for up to 2 couples upon request. A logbook is available for you to record your stay, and we are referenced on various platforms such as Abritel Home Away, Click And Boat, Samboat, Ads of the boat, Airbnb, Booking, and Nautal.

Access to the boat is convenient, with Figueres TGV station just 20 minutes away by car, and Perpignan or Girona Airport approximately 45 minutes away. If you are driving, the motorway exit at the Toll of Figueres is easily accessible.
