Description for B&B:
Located just 6 km from the gates of Agen, on the outskirts of the village of St-Cirq Colayrac, you will find a beautifully restored character house. Marie and Marc Anthoine have personally renovated and decorated this charming home, and they warmly welcome guests for short or long stays. The house offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 family rooms, and 2 suites, all equipped with their own bathroom and toilet. In the common room, guests can enjoy a cozy breakfast by the fireplace during winter, and have access to a communal kitchen with amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and hotplates. The atmosphere is one of relaxation and conviviality, with internet access, a computer, and printer available for use (wifi is also available in the rooms). For leisure, there is a selection of books and games, and during the summer months, guests can take advantage of the garden with its hammocks and relaxation areas, as well as a terrace and a communal pool measuring 10mx4m and 1.40m deep (equipped with an alarm). Marc-Antoine, an avid cyclist, is happy to offer advice on local cycling routes and paths, including scenic walks along the nearby canal. Please note that there is a local tax to be paid on-site.Reviews

Directions
After reaching the end of the village, head towards Bordeaux. Shortly after passing the sign for "colayrac st Cirq" which is blocked, you will spot a house on the right side of the road, about 100 meters from the entrance. Make a sharp turn at the hairpin bend. Just before reaching the radio station "Espoir FM," you will find the entrance to the house. Look for the suspended sign that says "Gîte de France" in front of the house.
