Welcome to Gîtes des Camparros, where we offer two charming one-bedroom gites in a "guest room" style. Our gites are located in the serene countryside, near the A66 tollbooth and the enchanting Moulin de Nailloux. Approved with a 3-star rating by the prefecture, our furnished tourist accommodations guarantee a comfortable stay.Surrounded by a vast 300m2 garden, complete with a vegetable patch, orchard, and even a chicken coop, our gites provide a peaceful retreat. Just 5km away, you'll find a delightful swimming lake with a water sports center offering activities such as pedal boats, paddle boats, canoes, as well as slides and inflatable games for endless fun.
The Gite des Tournesols and Gite du Moulin are two independent one-bedroom apartments, suitable for 2 to 4 people. Located on the upper floor (accessible via stairs), both apartments are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
Inside the main room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed (BZ 140x200), a color television, and a DVD player. The bedroom, measuring 12 m2, features two beds (90x200) that can be combined into a spacious 180x200 bed. The bathroom offers a shower, vanity unit, WC, washing machine, and a heated towel rail.
Choosing our "guest room" formula ensures a hassle-free stay, as we provide sheets and towels, make the beds upon arrival, and offer end-of-stay cleaning. Additionally, we offer a complimentary first breakfast to kickstart your day.
Stay connected with our WIFI internet access available in all accommodations. We are also happy to provide bed and baby equipment upon request, free of charge.
Our gites are open year-round, with a minimum stay of 2 nights, and a minimum stay of 5 nights during school holidays.
For a 2-night stay, the rates are as follows:
- Gîte du Moulin for 1-2 people: 150 euros
- Gîte des Tournesols for 1-2 people: 160 euros
For each additional night at the Moulin, the rate is +45 euros, and at the Sunflowers, it is +50 euros (you can calculate the precise cost based on the duration of your stay).
As an example, for a 7-night stay, the rates are:
- Gîte du Moulin for 1-2 people: 375 euros
- Gîte des Tournesols for 1-2 people: 410 euros
Please note that there is an additional charge for the 3rd and 4th person (maximum of 4 people per gite). For children aged 2 to 12 years old, the charge is +3 euros per night, while for individuals aged 13 and above, it is +5 euros per night.
An additional tourist tax of 0.88 euros per night per adult applies.
We welcome pets upon request (subject to owners' agreement) for an additional charge of +5 euros per night. Furthermore, if you require an electric vehicle recharge, we are happy to accommodate your request (subject to owners' agreement) for an additional charge of +5 euros per night.
