The Gite offers a spacious and comfortable lounge, featuring an original stone floor, a woodburner, and a TV/DVD for your entertainment. The separate kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (including a freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All the necessary cooking equipment, utensils, plates, cups, and glassware are provided.From the kitchen/diner, a staircase leads to the upper level where you will find the sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities. The double bedroom is impressively large, boasting original stone walls and exposed beams. It offers ample space to accommodate an additional bed or cot if needed, while still providing a spacious living environment.
The bright and airy shower room features a stone wall and exposed beams, and includes a generously-sized shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and wc.
For your convenience, a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is provided. Upon your arrival, the owners will greet you with a welcome basket, and throughout your stay, you can enjoy fresh garden fruits and vegetables, depending on the season.
Outside, a sunny patio area awaits, complete with a table and chairs that overlooks the owners' well-maintained garden. It's the perfect spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbecue are also available for your use. Please note that this property is non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the house, you can take the D940 road from either Gueret or La Chatre. Once you arrive at Le Poteau, follow the signs for Genouillac Gare on the D15 road. After traveling for about 1km, you will come across a left turn leading to Les Mousseaux. Take this left turn and continue until you reach the end of the village, where you will find the house situated on the left.
