The kitchen includes an electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area can accommodate six people comfortably, and there is also a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Additionally, the gîte offers a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi access. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a closed WC. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious terrace facing west, perfect for admiring the beautiful sunsets. The terrace is adorned with a lovely dry garden and includes a dining area for six people, three deck chairs, and a BBQ. Privacy is ensured as there are no overlooking properties.
