There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the dining area. The kitchen includes an electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area can accommodate six people comfortably, and there is also a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Additionally, the gîte offers a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi access. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a closed WC. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious terrace facing west, perfect for admiring the beautiful sunsets. The terrace is adorned with a lovely dry garden and includes a dining area for six people, three deck chairs, and a BBQ. Privacy is ensured as there are no overlooking properties. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and spa facilities shared by the estate, which includes a retractable cover for convenience. Parking space is provided.
