Located in Creuse, in central France, this property is conveniently situated just 60 km north of Limoges, the international capital of porcelain, and 80 km from Aubusson, the world capital of tapestry.

The house features a garden-level entrance, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a WC. Electric heating ensures your comfort throughout your stay. Upstairs, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a TV lounge, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some entertainment.

Outside, you can relish the beautiful surroundings on the terrace and in the garden, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for your convenience. Additionally, a car garage is available for your use.

The location offers several advantages, including opportunities for nature walks, with a stream just 150 meters away and a forest within 200 meters. If you enjoy fishing, there is a body of water only 2 km from the property. For more recreational options, an indoor swimming pool, a lake, tennis courts, and various shops can be found just 8 km away.

During your stay, you will have the chance to savor the flavors of the region, including Limousine meat, Baronnet lamb, chanterelles, Limousin apples, potato pâté, clafoutis, Creusois cake, and black pork.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous marked hiking trails to explore in the area. The Creuse region boasts diverse landscapes, ranging from rolling hills, such as the peak of the 3 horns, to expansive plateaus like the plateau des millevaches. Please note that animals are not allowed on the premises. The rental period starts from May 1st, with a weekly rate of €300.00 in May and June, and €350.00 in July and August.
