This apartment is in an ideal location, situated between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin. It is conveniently close to the various vineyards of Bordeaux, and the Monsalut area is less than 5 minutes away, offering opportunities to explore ponds and walk in the Crown forests of CESTAS.Attached to the main house, the apartment is nestled in a beautiful wooded area. It features a modern living space with 2 sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a kitchen area with a sink, a 2-plate hob, a multifunction microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom on the ground floor includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a very comfortable double bed (140 * 190), a desk, and a wardrobe. A canvas cot can be provided if needed.
The apartment provides WIFI internet access and also offers access to a shared washing machine, dryer, plancha, and barbecue.
