Welcome to our spacious three-bedroom self-catering holiday home that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It is an ideal choice for families, couples, or groups seeking a relaxing vacation or planning an activity-filled break in the beautiful south of France. Weekly rates range from 400 to 500 euros.

Situated in a tranquil street close to the town center, our house offers a peaceful retreat. It features three bedrooms, including a double, family, and single room. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge/diner, a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. The property also boasts a delightful sun terrace and a charming courtyard garden with a summer kitchen.

Convenience is at your doorstep as the house is only a short stroll away from restaurants, bars, shops, and an open-air swimming pool. With ample parking available, we also provide a secure shed for storing bicycles. Furthermore, easy access to the one-euro trains and buses for Carcassonne and Perpignan makes exploring the region hassle-free. Nearby, you can find inviting swimming lakes and scenic hiking trails.

The garden and terrace are fully enclosed, ensuring a safe environment for children or well-behaved pets.

For larger groups or guests with mobility impairments, we offer an additional ground-floor bedsitting room with an ensuite bathroom and a separate sun terrace. This option can be rented at an extra cost by prior arrangement. If you are looking for a shorter stay, we offer minimum 3-night bookings, and we provide reduced rates for longer stays.

Directions

Getting to Quillan is convenient whether you prefer traveling by car, train, or air. There are airports and main train stations located in Carcassonne and Perpignan, both of which offer a 1 euro train/bus service to Quillan.
