La Vayssade has been a family-owned property for four generations. Situated on a 10-hectare truffle oak forest at the edge of Lalbenque, this charming property showcases the unique beauty of Quercy. The Guest House, located in a magnificently restored monumental barn, seamlessly combines modern and traditional construction techniques under the guidance of architect Michel Montal from Cahors.Prepare to be captivated by the personalized touch and stylish decor of the premises, which includes a spacious living room, a contemporary fireplace, and an open kitchen. Joelle, Hélène, Pierre, and Emmanuel are dedicated to ensuring your stay is unforgettable, offering their expertise in showcasing the region's delights and serving up local cuisine with original recipes.
During the summer months, take advantage of the terrace under the arbor, the park, the garden, the pool, and the beach. Additionally, we provide six bicycles free of charge (subject to availability and a deposit). For the other seasons, the house is equipped with central heating and a fireplace, perfect for cozy and sociable evenings.
Winter presents a unique opportunity to discover the secrets of the Black Diamond with our Weekend Truffle package. Indulge in truffle specialties during our Table d'hôtes, enjoy a captivating slideshow, participate in a truffle hunt, and experience the famous Lalbenque truffle market.

Directions
To get to Cahors Villefranche de Rouergue from the A20 highway, take exit N°58. After passing through the toll booth, make a right turn and continue driving for 6 km.
For GPS users, the coordinates are North 44.335570° and East 1.544720°.
Once in Lalbenque, follow these directions:
1. From the main street, head towards the street where the truffle market is located.
2. Take that street and make a U-turn around the post office.
3. Drive for 50 meters and then make a left turn.
4. Continue driving for 100 meters and then make a right turn onto "chemin de la Vayssade".
5. Follow the road for 300 meters and then make a left turn.
6. Continue following the box trees alley until you reach N°205.
