It has been awarded the Gîtes de France 4-ear classification, the new Tourism Quality certification, and the Tripadvisor 2018 Award of Excellence. Situated just 1 km from Clinique Causse and a short 15-minute drive from the sea, this charming residence in Languedoc offers direct access to the Canal du Midi. Evelyne and Pierre-Claude warmly welcome guests and provide three spacious air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms, TV, and WiFi. The property boasts a shaded park spanning 2500 m² and offers several complimentary services, including a saltwater pool measuring 11m x 5m with sunbeds and umbrellas (heated from May 5th to September 8th), a beautifully landscaped garden, boules court, two picnic areas, four secure parking spaces, and bicycle storage. Additionally, guests staying for a minimum of two nights can enjoy the use of two bicycles. Breakfast is served either in the summer or by the pool pavilion. The hosts are fluent in English and are happy to provide advice on nearby excursions. Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted.
