Situated in the heart of a picturesque village, this charming house measures 90m2 and sits on a spacious plot of 800m2. With its recent restoration, the house is able to comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people.The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and more. The cozy living room features a fireplace and a television for relaxation. There are two bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom includes a 140cm bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers another 140cm bed and a single bed. Additionally, a baby cot and highchair are available for families with young children. The bathroom and toilet are conveniently located for easy access.
For added convenience, breakfasts are provided in the kitchen for guests staying in the cottage. Furthermore, children under the age of 2 can stay for free.

Take the A13 motorway and head towards Rouen. Exit at Louviers, which is exit 18. You will find all the necessary amenities and a train station within walking distance, located at the first kilometer stone or Vauvray Reuil Val, which is approximately 6 kilometers away. It will take you one hour to reach Paris or Deauville, and only 30 minutes to reach Rouen.
