La Maison des Lys is a Maison de Maître, originally a merchants house constructed in the year 1817. It is conveniently located just 200 meters away from the town square in Valence sur Baïse, a charming bastide village that dates back to 1274. The village is situated on a bluff above the River Baïse and is only 8 km away from the renowned Armagnac market town of Condom.Within a short drive from the property, guests can explore a vast array of historical sites, wineries, as well as picturesque towns and villages.
Our establishment offers four spacious bedrooms, each featuring a stylish and modern bath or shower room. Most days, guests can enjoy breakfast in the shade of our gardens' east-facing terrace, which is cleverly integrated into the town's historic ramparts. The breakfast menu includes refreshing orange juice, a selection of cereals, delicious farm-fresh boiled eggs accompanied by crusty French bread from Valence's artisan bakers, delectable croissants, pains au chocolat, creamy butter, and homemade jams. Additionally, guests can start their day with a steaming cafetière of coffee, a pot of tea, or a comforting hot chocolate.
