Located in the countryside, near the owners' residence, this independent house offers 46 square meters of living space. It features a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). The house includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Amenities such as air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, microwave, freezer, and TV are provided. A baby cot is available upon request. Bed linen and towels can be rented, and there is an option for a flat-rate cleaning service for an additional fee of €50.
The property offers a shared ground area of 2100 square meters, as well as a spacious terrace of 43 square meters with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available, and heating costs are paid separately.

To get to the cottage, follow these travel directions:
1. Begin at Village Figari and head north on the D859 towards Porto Vecchio.
2. After driving for 5 kilometers, look for a left turn indicated by a sign for Pruno container sorting and selective. Take this left turn.
3. Drive for approximately 150 meters and then make another left turn as indicated by a sign for Corti.
4. The cottage will be the first house on the left, located approximately 200 meters ahead.
