Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a fully renovated house, perfect for gatherings in France with 2 or 3 families or groups of friends.

In addition to its comfortable, beautifully decorated, and functional interior, the house offers tranquility and serenity in its 700m2 garden, complete with a private and secure swimming pool equipped with parasols and deckchairs.

Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is just 400m away from convenient amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, and two doctors. It is also within 2km of a leisure lake spanning 33 hectares.

The Gite can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with five bedrooms and three well-appointed shower rooms (one on each floor). The spacious dining room can seat up to 14 people, and there is a cozy living room with a wood burner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob. From the kitchen and dining room, you can access the patio, which features two tables and eight chairs. Additionally, there is a large shaded table for up to 15 people and 18 chairs located in the lower part of the patio under a canopy.

The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a paddling pool for children. The pool area is completely enclosed and equipped with an alarm on the edges to ensure safety.

With its fully fenced 700m2 garden, children can play securely in the spacious outdoor area.

To get to your destination, you have two options:

1. By plane: You can fly to International Airport Limges Bellegarde, which is located 30 miles away from your destination.

2. By A20: Take exit 33 towards Périgueux direction, and continue on towards Aixe sur Vienne.
