"Le Gîte des Chênes" in LAUZANAC is a separate and fully private accommodation located next to our house. It offers stunning views of the valley and oak woods, and has recently been renovated with all-new amenities.

The spacious open plan living room/dining room features a large fireplace, and the kitchen area is equipped with modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Free broadband Internet access, satellite TV, and informational materials about the surrounding area are also provided.

Access to the first floor is via a charming wrought iron staircase, crafted on-site. There are three double bedrooms, each furnished with a writing table and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilets, while the third bedroom has a bathroom with a bath and toilet. These bedrooms are separated by a small television room that can be enclosed with curtains, and it also features a double sofa bed.

The entire house is centrally heated, and the large open plan living/dining room also boasts a magnificent fireplace.

Outside, there are two private gardens on different levels. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The second garden features an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, complete with a shaded poolhouse and shower. The pool area is terraced and designed to ensure child safety.

Pets may be allowed at the discretion of the owners, and children are warmly welcomed.
