Each house is 130m² in size and spans across the ground and first floors, providing comfortable accommodation for 6/7 people.Upon entry, you will find a spacious lounge area (45m²) with a charming inglenook fireplace and a cozy wood burning stove. The lounge is furnished with a dining area, lounge suite, and a color television.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a convenient shower room/WC that includes a washing machine.
As you ascend the stairs to the first floor, you will discover three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed each, while the third bedroom has two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. Additionally, there is a cot and a spare single bed available.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom/WC. The other double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom/WC, offering convenience and privacy.
Each house has its own patio area with garden dining furniture and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors. Guests also have access to a shared extensive garden, complete with a 10 x 5 m swimming pool and jacuzzi.

To reach your destination, you can take either junction 9 of the A62 motorway from Bordeaux or junction 63 of the A20 (E9) from Paris. Alternatively, you can opt for the TGV express train from either London or Paris, which will take you directly to Agen or Toulouse. If you prefer air travel, you can fly to Toulouse airport Blagnac, which is approximately 65 km away, with British Airways or Air France. Another option is Carcasonne airport, located around 120 km away, which can be reached via Ryan Air.
