This charming house is situated in the quaint village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village in the Mafra municipality, nestled between Mafra and Ericeira. It is renowned for its acclaimed artist and Commander Jose Franco, who transformed the land into an art masterpiece by creating a miniature village with mechanized puppets representing various professions and the daily life of old villages.

Within this village, you will also find the Poets House, which houses an extensive collection of pottery by António Batalha adorned with beautifully written poems.

The house itself is conveniently located near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, Coxos, and more. It is a single-story, independent property that boasts two cozy bedrooms, a comfortable TV lounge with access to a terrace perfect for enjoying a delightful BBQ while admiring the breathtaking sunset. Additionally, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and an office equipped with a computer. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a washing machine and dishwasher. The house also offers two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Surrounded by a lovely garden, the villa features a 10m x 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal retreat for families with children.

The property is just 500 meters away from the village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, food stores, and a local fruit and vegetable market held on Saturdays and Sundays. If you're looking to explore further, Lisbon is easily accessible via the A21 freeway, approximately a 30-minute drive away. Furthermore, the area is blessed with numerous Atlantic Coast beaches that are perfect for surfing, bodyboarding, and windsurfing. One of these renowned beaches is Ribeira dIlhas, famous for its international competitions.

For nature enthusiasts, there are ample opportunities for long walks in the surrounding area.
