All of our rooms are equipped with a private shower and one toilet. They also include a TV with a DVD player (DVDs available for loan showcasing the region), a mini refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, a fan, and WiFi access. Our room rates include a delicious breakfast consisting of hot drinks, croissants, homemade cake, fruit juice, different types of bread, and homemade jams. If you choose to dine with us at our table d'hôte, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a convivial meal prepared with organic ingredients whenever possible, and always made fresh. Additionally, we have a lovely garden by the river where you can relax at the end of the day.

Located on the top floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this spacious and luminous 60m2 apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. Fully equipped for an independent stay, it boasts two bedrooms; one with a 140cm bed and the other with either two 80cm beds or a double 160cm bed. The apartment also features an open-concept American kitchen that leads into a large living room with a sofa (which can be used as a bed for 1 adult or 2 children) and a television. Guests can unwind in the garden and make use of the barbecue facilities for their ultimate relaxation.
