This is a charming village house for 2-4 people, situated on the outskirts of a forest. It offers privacy and independence. The house features a spacious enclosed garden spanning 600m², as well as a parking area outside and a private and secure courtyard. Inside, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen that provides direct access to the terrace. The living room, measuring 30m², is furnished with a cozy wood stove, two single beds, a TV, and wifi access. The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed. The house also includes a modern shower room and separate toilet, as well as a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Upon arrival, you will find the beds made and linen provided. Towels are also included. Additionally, there is a storage area available for bicycles.Reviews

Directions
To reach our destination, take the A31 motorway exit in Nuits Saint Georges. From there, follow the D25 and D35 towards Sombernon. After passing Villars Fontaine, take the second left turn onto Messanges Road. Continue along this small road until you reach the village. Our location is on the left-hand side at #20 Street Vines.
