Welcome to our lovely and convenient B&B, a completely private high-ceiling studio with its own bathroom located in a separate building on the beautiful property of a Mediterranean home. Situated in a quiet and historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles, this accommodation offers the perfect retreat.

The studio features a private entrance with French doors and is spotlessly clean. The property boasts fountains and a great landscape, providing a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea and croissants on the patio.

Inside, you will find a fully furnished apartment with a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, including a stocked fridge with juice, tea, and water, a convection toaster oven, and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom is clean and offers a shower. The queen bed is of top quality and comes with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and down-alternative quilts.

Each morning, we provide a delicious breakfast that includes fair-trade coffee or tea, croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our location is incredibly convenient, as we are only 10-15 minutes away from UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica. The freeway entrance is just two blocks away, and there is a bus stop one block from the property. If you prefer to explore by bike, it is a quick ten-minute ride to Culver City, where you can find theaters, restaurants, a farmers market, and historic attractions. You can also easily reach the beach or Venice by bike. Additionally, we are a ten-minute drive from Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits.

The owner of the B&B speaks French and Spanish and is more than happy to assist you with planning your stay and providing information about the area.

We offer complimentary WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning. Our internet connection is very strong and fast, thanks to the Lynksys E4200 router.

Free parking is available, and we provide a hair dryer and iron for your convenience. An iPod dock clock-radio is also provided for your entertainment.

The property's water is filtered, and we supply R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower heats up in less than a minute and provides nice hot water. Additionally, we offer meals and laundry services for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio next to the apartment, where you are free to lounge.

Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2-3 nights.
