The house offers the following features:- A complete basement with a cellar, garage, and laundry room. It also provides the possibility of parking motorcycles and bicycles.
- The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen, a living dining room, and an entrance hall, which are shared spaces. Additionally, there is a bedroom, a toilet, and a shower room exclusively reserved for the owners.
- The first floor is exclusively for rental and includes two bedrooms, a library mezzanine, a bathroom with a toilet, and a private technical room.
- The house is surrounded by a garden and terraces on all sides.
- It is open all year, except for the month of September.
- We offer preferential rates for direct reservations made via email. Additionally, our fishing friends can enjoy an extra 10% discount.
- Check-in time is from 5 p.m. onwards, and check-out should be completed by 12 p.m.
- Pets are allowed without any additional charges.

This rental offers the choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms located on the first floor of a countryside villa, nestled between a picturesque lake and majestic mountains. You will have the entire floor to yourself, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility.Included in your stay:

- A charming bedroom with a balcony, equipped with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a table, an armchair, and storage space
- A versatile bedroom with either two 80 cm beds or a single 160 cm bed, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements
- Your own private bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and a bath/shower combination
- An inviting relaxation area furnished with a library, a cozy sofa, and a rocking chair
The kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces are shared spaces where you can interact with the friendly owners.

The Gerbaix house is conveniently located near several major cities and highways. It can be reached in the following ways:
- If you are coming from the A43 Lyon-Chambéry motorway toll, it will only take you 5 minutes to reach the Gerbaix house.
- If you are coming from Chambéry or Aix les Bains, it will take you approximately 20 minutes to reach your destination.
- If you are coming from Annecy, it will take you about 35 minutes to reach the Gerbaix house.
- If you are coming from Lyon, Grenoble, or Geneva, it will take you approximately 60 minutes to reach your destination.
To reach the Gerbaix house, you need to take exit 12 "lac daiguebelette" on the A43 Lyon-Chambéry. After that, you will need to drive through the village of Novalaise in the direction of Yenne.
Once you reach the exit, you will see a small chapel. Take the first road on the left under the chapel.
Continue to follow the D40 towards Gerbaix and Saint Pierre DAlvey for approximately 1.6 kilometers. The Maison de Gerbaix will be on your right-hand side.
