Description for B&B:
Welcome to our charming bed and breakfast, located in a 1920s brick house with a typical Parisian garden. Alain and Christophe are delighted to provide a warm and gay-friendly atmosphere for our guests. We have a dedicated floor exclusively for guests, with two separate rooms that can each accommodate two people. These rooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfort with features such as parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and necessary furniture. A bathroom is conveniently located on the same floor.Start your day with a delicious breakfast, which can be enjoyed either in our cozy living room or, weather permitting, in our beautiful garden. We also provide free WiFi access for our guests. Additionally, we have a third bedroom on the ground floor, complete with a private bathroom.
If you're looking for a longer stay, we also offer fully equipped studios in the second district of Paris for a minimum of one week. These studios provide all the necessary comfort and amenities.
Our bed and breakfast is situated in the 20th district, known as the "countryside in Paris," where you can still find houses with gardens and old-style paved streets. The area is sought after for its proximity to shops and transportation options. You can easily reach the center of Paris in just 15 to 20 minutes by subway, bus, or bike.
Alain has been managing this bed and breakfast since the house was lovingly restored in 2008. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the capital city. On the first floor, guests have the privacy of their own area, with two bedrooms, one facing the garden and the other with a small balcony overlooking the street. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the rooms.
Please note that the owners have their private apartment on the second floor. On the ground floor, you'll find the inviting living room and kitchen, both of which open up to the garden and terrace, which our guests have access to.
We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast, where you can experience the comfort, tranquility, and convenience of a home away from home.
